I remember waking up last week.
I was dismayed when I peeked at the clock to find out it was only 2am.
Oh no! I exclaimed.
My chatter kicked in: “what are you doing awake?” “now you are gonna be tired all day”, “your day will be unproductive because you didn’t get enough rest.”
I quieted my self-preservation thoughts with this powerful mudra - and was able to induce myself with a state akin to sleep.
