Metaphysics 101:

101.1 Reality is not something that exists independently of us. It is a product of our perceptions, our beliefs, and our thoughts.

101.2 Our minds have the power to create and shape the reality we experience.

101.3 But this power is not something that can be taken for granted. It requires discipline, focus, and practice. It requires us to question our beliefs, to let go of our limiting thoughts, and to actively create the reality we desire.
